DO I NEED A NOTION ACCOUNT? +

Yes, since your operating system is built inside Notion, you and your team will each need an account to access it. The good news? Notion offers a robust free plan, and their paid plans are super affordable as your team grows. I generally recommend folks doing a VIP month be on Notion’s base paid tier, which ensures we don’t get limited on the automations we can build.

HOW MUCH DOES NOTION COST? +

Notion’s free plan is pretty robust. Most solo founders start there. If you need upgraded features (like advanced permissions and automations), paid plans start at $10/user/month. You can check their current pricing here. We can discuss this on our call to make sure you’re on a plan that’s most fitting for your business needs.

WHAT EXACTLY IS A CUSTOM NOTION SETUP? +

It’s your digital HQ, designed just for your unique business. Instead of cobbling together a random tech stack of tools and templates, we strategize your main workflows, then I build you a centralized, fully custom Notion workspace that houses everything you need, and nothing you don’t: tasks, projects, leads, clients, launches, content, goals, team ops, you name it.

DO I NEED TO BE “TECHY” TO USE IT? +

Nope. That’s my job. Lucky for you Notion is one of the most intuitive tools out there. Despite what you may have heard, once you learn the Notion basics (I’ll teach you!) you’ll be a pro in no time.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD MY SETUP? +

The building part takes about 2-3 weeks, followed by 3 weeks of refinement and support. During the Kick-Off, we’ll map out your exact scope and timeline so there are zero surprises and you know exactly what to expect and when.

CAN I INTEGRATE IT WITH MY OTHER TOOLS? +

Yes! From Zapier or Make automations to Gmail or Slack notifications, we’ll make sure your Notion setup plays nicely with the tools you already love (and ditch the ones you don’t).

HOW INVOLVED DO I NEED TO BE? +

I’ll lead the process, but your input is essential. We’ll kick things off with a Kickoff and Workflow Deep Dive, then collaborate asynchronously to reduce meetings and respect your time. You’ll get progress updates, space to give feedback, and final training to make sure it’s all dialed in. The heaviest lifting period for you will be the refinement and support phase, where you’ll need to allocate time to start using your new Notion setup, provide feedback, and hop on a few training calls or watch Loom videos.

WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT DO I GET AFTER IT'S BUILT? +

Depending on what tier you choose, you’ll get a few weeks of back-pocket support after your workspace is revealed.
